''Workaround'' - In order to eliminate the 5Vaux on pins 47, 49, 51 from the miniPCIe slot, follow this steps: 

1) - cut the PCB trace marked with the two red lines as in the picture below.

2) - a thin wire must be soldered on the upper pin from R41 and on pin 3 from [[J7 connector|J7]] on the backside of pico-SAM9G45 board, 
3) - and also interrupt the PCB trace by cutting it in two places, like showing in this image with the red lines, see the picture below:

4) - after these modifications 5Vaux is eliminated from the miniPCIe.

Though, you can raise and remove the connector pin from the PCB using a needle and a soldering iron.
